Engineers
- boring?
- tech geek?
- maths genius?
- spew mathematics formulas better than vulgarities?
- nerd in specs and carry thick maths book?
- no social life and sucky dress sense?
The above do not really apply to all but I do seen a few with the above qualities. I remembered this Cheena guy from my poly in the ECC course who wore his shirt tucked in tightly into his pants, and try to pick up girls with his half-bucket English (Lo and behold, he spoke perfect French with the French tutor, seriously tainting the language hor...) Luckily in my school now, most of them are decently dressed, basically, the polo tee, jeans and sandals are hot favourite (Eh... Uniform? Ha ha). I can explain why most of us wore specs instead of contact lens, coz we need to solve very hard maths questions, thus less sleep for us and therefore we cannot wear lenses with dry eyes. I had a hell time solving the tutorial questions, 1 question about an hour or so.
Our professors had been through the tedious and boring stuffs themselves, so some really nice one made an effort finding jokes and placed them in the lecture notes, or cracked jokes during the lessons. The jokes during lessons I can't remember much coz most of the time I was dozing, hee hee, and those in the notes, not much also lah. *Weak laugh... Anyway, just wanna share some funny engineering/scientist/mathematicians jokes. =)
Atoms
Two atoms meet one day while walking down the street.
One asks the other how he's doing.
The atom responds: "Oh, just awful. I've lost an electron!“
Shocked and stunned by such a horrific idea, the atom asks her friend, "Really?! Are you sure?"
"Yes, I'm positive."
At the Scientist Party
Lastly, a clip I found online, which kind of imprint the statement "Engineers like to complicate things", the infamous i (sq. root of -1). =)

Ewww...
My favourite Survivor: Yul
He's cool;
He's friendly;
He's sexy! Ha ha ha!
Was watching the Survivor just now, really peifu how he react to the game. Instead of using the finder to locate the arrow, he just spot the location through the cannon ball hole release. He was telling his teammates how he could spot the bount when he was hushed by the rest. Ke ke ke... Raro was leading first, in the end Aitu won. Yeah!!!
Good to be back home. =) My right leg is still aching from the matches (my style was to bend down and throw, so my leg ache instead of my arm, =D)

A good start!
Today I was in good form... Won 2 matches lost 2 matches. Every match I had a double-1 checkout, which sort of help me to lose with honour for the losing matches, and also the crucial match to help me win. Double-1 is our "good fren", and today I kept por bee the surrounding with my 3 darts. Ha ha ha.
Tmr will be better! We need 2 more matches to be in semi-final! A breakthrough for darts team in the last 5 years!
Tyko luck for darts!!!

Sasxsek
What's this?
Well, during one of my mugging days, I got so super duper pissed with my EM waves, and out of boredom, I googgled for my name, "Siqi", to see what results I would get. I remember in the past (I am super self-obsessed with my name and this is the Nth time I search for it), I would get some yahoo results with regards to my secondary school's military band and there I would see hideous photos of myself doing a funny face, one of the Kym Ng's character during 成人杂志。
Anyway, while browsing through the millions of results, I chanced upon Sasxsek, which is an artificial (or constructed) language designed to be used as an auxiliary language which is simple to learn but powerful enough to cover the full range of human expression (source). Well, according to Sasxsek, siqi is an adjective, it has the meaning of stellar, astronomical, cosmic and starry.
- bat n. eight; [8]
- bu prep. against; opposed to; dis-; anti-; contra; in spite of (seems pretty much like our "no" in Mandarin)
- han proper n. Chinese; Chinaman (like the Han people hor)
- guan n. tube; pipe; duct; vessel (machiam 管hor)
- kopi adj. cut; sliced
- mafan n. trouble
- siqapura proper n. Singapore
- suan v. be sour; be tart (I'm quite sure they kop these from Hokkien, lol)
- teh n. tea (See? Hokkien right?)
Some are still English and then, the rest are those odd words that you dunno how to pronouce, like, iqglis which means English. Sasxsek doesn't use C and E, using K and I instead.
Pretty cool huh? But not simple at all...

Blouses! =)
This brown top was expandable and the sleeves aren't too tight. I think it match very well with jeans and could be a casual top and also double as office wear. I love the frills at the end of the it, kinda create a curvier me hor? Cost: $43
How? You like it a not?
The Lake House
I don't know if the ending was the same coz I can't remember Il Mare's ending, but I thought the ending scene of The Lake House was very familiar, like from another movie. Very deja vu.
I had a lot of pimples on my chest lately. Very irritating... There were only a few at first, and with some on the neck, but today, I realised they are going to be many mini potentials break out on the chest. Too heaty? Could be, be snacking on a lot of titbits recently, especially Sour Cream and Onion Pringles. Plus, no exercise for almost 2 months!
I'm going to play softball later, yeah!!! Sun! Sweat! Sticky! Hee hee hee!
