Fear no more, here comes a really convenient trick to transform your butt from this...

Step 1: Get on board a bus (MRT doesn't work, the ride is too smooth) that's not too full, make sure you get yourself sit between 2 fat people if you are thin; if you are fat like me, it doesn't really matter. Sitting in between 2 skinny girls with bags larger than them will do.
Step 2: Do not sit all the way until you can rest your back comfortably, sit half a seat. In fact, that 2 bags would have hinder your back rest already. Oh yah, no handle poles in front of you. Clutch your bag or fold your arms.
Step 3: Every time the bus swerves to the right or to the left, you would automatically squeeze your butt muscles to prevent yourself from falling to the right or left too much. Continue squeezing even after the bus ride is smooth for maximum effect. You will have no choice but to continue squeeze coz it have the illusion you are not taking up too much seat and the bags are not knocking on you.
Step 4: When the bus is about to reach the terminal, relax your butt. Else you will walk like a robot with a cramp.
If you will wake up with a aching butt next morning, congratulations! You are a step closer to have a perkier butt!
